Overview

In order to add individual Races/Tickets, you’ll first need to create an Event under which they can be listed. You can create and name an Event to represent several types of occasions:

• A self-contained, recurring event. Example
• A venue - at which multiple/recurring events are hosted. Example
• A series (comprised of multiple events at different venues). Example

<aside> ℹ️ Where multiple events take place at the same venue, each of which offer a significant number of races/tickets, you may prefer to list the events individually to simplify both the user experience, and subsequent administration of entries.

Creating an Event

Select the calendar in which you are seeking to create an Event. This can be one of the 3 default options (Sporting Events, Events or Coaching Courses), or a custom Calendar created manually.

Create an event by either:

• Locating and expanding the relevant Calendar in the left menu and selecting Add New Event.

• Selecting the relevant Calendar from the Main Dashboard > Home > Events and selecting Create Event.
